Dallas/Allen, Texas – The Allen Americans, ECHL affiliate of the Ottawa Senators (NHL), along with partner Globe Life are proud to announce the signing on North Texas resident Dalton Skelly, for the 2023-2024 season.
Dalton Skelly played in 54 games last season with the Americans and 11 points (0 goals and 11 assists). Before coming to Allen, he played in 51 games with the Wichita Thunder (ECHL), in 21-22 and had eight assists and three goals for 11 points.
The Keller, Texas resident played his collegiate hockey at Holy Cross from 2017 to 2020. He also had one year of junior hockey across the Metroplex with the Lone Star Brahmas, in 2015-2016 where he put up 27 points in 57 games (7 goals and 20 assists).
The Americans open training camp on October 6th, and will play their first preseason game on Friday, October 13th at NYTEX Sports Centre, in Tarrant County, against the Tulsa Oilers, with a 7:30 PM puck drop.
