AMERICANS ANNOUNCE PLAYERS ATTENDING AHL CAMPS
Dallas/Allen, Texas – The Allen Americans, ECHL affiliate of the NHL’s Ottawa Senators, are proud to announce several players are headed to American Hockey League Camps this week.
Forwards Riley Kidney, Mark Duarte, Zackary Shantz, and Chase Coughlin, along with defenseman Cal Uens, are at Belleville Senators Camp. Belleville is the Americans' AHL affiliate.
Defenseman Andre Anania, Goalie Brett Mirwald, and Forward Lukas Sillinger are all headed to camp in Arizona with the Tucson Roadrunners.
Defenseman Quinn Warmuth will stay in his home state of Ohio, and attend AHL Camp with the Cleveland Monsters.
The Americans open their 18th training camp starting next month. The team will play its lone preseason game on October 10th in Tulsa at the Oilers practice facility at 7:00 PM.
The regular season opener is against those same Tulsa Oilers on October 17th in Tulsa at the BOK Center. The Americans home opening weekend is on October 29th and 30th in Frisco as they host the Idaho Steelheads at Comerica Center.
