Eight is Great: The Americans won their eighth game in a row, another season high after a 6-2 win over Tahoe on Friday. Prior to winning their seventh in a row on Wednesday night, the Americans had two, six-game winning streaks this season.

Hookey Leaves Friday’s Game: Ottawa Senators prospect Landen Hookey received an elbow to the head on Friday and left the game and did not return. The Ottawa Senators prospect scored a goal and led the Americans with seven shots on goal in Wednesday night’s win.

Number 1 in the League: The Americans lead the ECHL in Goals per game and goals scored with 254. They have scored 29 goals over their last five games outscoring their opponents 29-10.

Head-to-Head with Tahoe: With the Americans 6-2 win on Friday night, the Americans tied the season series at 2-2 and have won the last two games in the season series outscoring the Knight Monsters 11-3 over the two games.
