Dallas/Allen, Texas – The Allen Americans are proud to announce that Americans Mascot Biscuit, the beloved bulldog, has been named ECHL Mascot of the Year.
Biscuit has been the team's official mascot since the 2010-2011 season. He won the mascot race running away, winning by over a thousand votes.
“I would like to thank all my fans for voting for me,” barked Americans Mascot Biscuit. "I love you all.”
