Dallas/Allen, Texas – The Allen Americans, ECHL affiliate of the Ottawa Senators and partner Globe Life are proud to announce the team has signed forward Colby McAuley for the 2023-2024 season.
Colby McAuley is back for a fifth stint with the Americans. He joined Allen as a rookie back in the 2017-2018 season. His best season in the red sweater came last year when he put up 34 points in 38 games.
The Sherwood Park, Alberta, native turned 27 years-old in May. He has 41 games in the American Hockey League with 36 of those games come with the San Jose Barracuda.
“Colby (McAuley) is one of the top power forwards in the league,” noted Americans Head Coach Chad Costello. “He was a big part of our second half turnaround last season.”
The Americans begin their 15th season of professional hockey in October. The home opener will be on Saturday, October 28th against the Atlanta Gladiators. For ticket info call 972-912-1000.
