Get in the Game!

Account Manager Optimization

  1. Type in your browser: Allenamericans.com/mytickets
  2. Click on the top right button that says “Sign In”
  3. Scroll down to the bottom right and click on “Forgot Password”
  4. Enter in your email address and click next
  5. Then go to your email to retrieve the “Forgot Password” code
  6. Copy and Paste the code into your “Reset Ticketmaster Password” and then click Confirm
  7. Proceed to make a new password, click on “Reset Password”
  8. You will then “Update your Information” and click “next”
  9. Enter your phone number for verification purposes
  10. Enter in the code you receive on your cell phone and click “Confirm”
  11. Your Account Manager has been updated

Exchanging Tickets online via computer

  1. Type in your browser: Allenamericans.com/mytickets
  2. Click on the top right button that says “Sign In” and enter your information
  3. Click the Red Button “Sign in” to proceed
  4. Once you are signed in, click on “Tickets” in the upper left corner
  5. To start the process, you must click on the game you would like to exchange
  6. Then click the “Exchange” button in the top right corner, above the tickets
  7. Select the number of tickets you would like to exchange
  8. Then press continue at the bottom right corner
  9. Select the future game you would like to attend
  10. Click on your desired ticket section and proceed to exchange your tickets
  11. To proceed click on your shopping cart and press continue
  12. You will see your “event selected for exchange” on the button and “New Event” on the top
  13. Total Due will be “0.00”
  14. Press Submit to continue
  15. Choose “Account Manager” as your delivery preference and click “continue”
  16. Under Review Order, “I accept the Terms and Conditions”
  17. “Submit Order” to complete this process
  18. You will receive an email confirmation once completed
  19. Your Tickets have officially been Exchanged!

Transferring Tickets online via computer

  1. Type in your browser: Allenamericans.com/mytickets
  2. Click on the top right button that says “Sign In” and enter your information
  3. Click the Red Button “Sign in” to proceed
  4. Once you are signed in, click on “Tickets” in the upper left corner
  5. To start the process, you must click “Transfer”
  6. Select the game you would like to transfer
  7. Select the amount of tickets you would like to transfer
  8. Enter in the First, Last and email address of the person receiving the tickets
  9. Click “Transfer” on the bottom right
  10. You will see a pop up that says “Transfer-Complete

Recipient

  1. YOUR CONTACT MUST ACCEPT THE TICKETS BEFORE ARRIVING
  2. Have the recipient log into their email account
  3. They will see an email from the “Allen Event Center”
  4. They will click on the button that said “ Accept Tickets”
  5. They will then proceed, to allenamericans.com/mytickets
  6. They will Enter their Email and Password
    1. If they do not have an account, they will need to create one with the email address you sent the tickets to
  7. They will click the Tickets button, in the top right corner
  8. Will see you transferred tickets, Click “Accept”
  9. Once your contact has accepted the transfer, the tickets are officially theirs!

*Note: If you enter in the incorrect email address or your guest fails to accept the tickets, you can cancel the transfer BEFORE anyone accepts the tickets. They will then remain on your account.

Redeeming Flex Vouchers via computer

  1. Type in your browser: Allenamericans.com/mytickets
  2. Click on the top right button that says “Sign In” and enter your information
  3. Click the Red Button “Sign in” to proceed
  4. Once you are signed in, click on “Tickets” in the upper left corner
  5. Click the flex pack voucher to exchange online
  6. To start the process, you must click Exchange and select the number of vouchers you would like to redeem.
  7. Next, click on the game you would like to attend. Vouchers will say GA
  8. Click the game you would like to redeem for.
  9. Click on your desired ticket section and proceed to redeem your vouchers
  10. Click on your desired seats
  11. To proceed click on your shopping cart and press continue
  12. Verify your information and click continue
  13. Choose “Account Manager” as your delivery preference
  14. Under Review Order, Click “I accept the Terms and Conditions”
  15. You will receive an email confirmation once completed
  16. We’ll see you at the Game!
