Dallas/Allen, Texas – The Allen Americans, ECHL affiliate of the Utah Hockey Club, powered by Energy Transfer Partners, announced a trade on Thursday afternoon acquiring forward Harrison Blaisdell from the Fort Wayne Komets for cash considerations.
Harrison Blaisdell, a 5-foot-11 and 185-pound forward, is a former fifth round draft pick of the NHL’s Winnipeg Jets in the 2019 NHL Entry Draft.
He played college hockey at the University of New Hampshire, where he had 14 points in 34 games last season.
The native of Sheffield, England turned 23-years-old on March 18th. He will join the Americans this weekend, The team plays their home opener on Friday night against the Kansas City Mavericks.
