We are excited to present your 2019-20 Season Ticket renewal options!
We consider you, our valued Season Ticket Holders, to be a part of our Americans family. Your commitment, energy, and enthusiasm during Americans games with family, friends, and colleagues is what drives us to make you proud of our organization. We want you to leave every game feeling like you’ve received considerable value for your investment because you’ve had an amazing entertainment experience. Our goal is to make every game a lasting memory.
There are 4 convenient ways for you to renew your Full, Half or Partial Season Ticket plan for the 2019-20 season.
1 – Call 972-912-1000 and speak directly to an account rep
2 – Online Renewal Form at www.AllenAmericans.com/renew-form
3 – Visit the Allen Americans offices at Allen Event Center any weekday from 10-5
4 – Login into your Allen Americans Account at am.ticketmaster.com/americans ***
***New for the 2019-20 season you will be able to renew your Full or Half Season Ticket Plan through your Americans Ticketmaster Account Manager. If you have not previously logged in to your Account Manager account you will have to select the ‘Forgot Password’ button and enter the email address associated with your account. You will be sent a link to create/update your Account Manager password.
Renewal Payment Options
**Pay in Full
2-Pay (2 equal payments)
4-Pay (25% down, remaining balance split into 3 equal payments)
8-Pay (25% down, remaining balance split into 7 equal payments)
12-Pay (Balance split into 12 equal payments processed monthly)
**Full & Half Season accounts that select the Pay in Full option will receive a 5% discount off the Full Season renewal price. This option is only available if you renew prior to June 1st, 2019. If you would like to renew your Full or Half season tickets through your Americans Account Manager and take advantage of the 5% discount you will need to contact the Americans staff and let them know you would like to ‘Pay in Full’ for your Tickets. Our staff will update your account with the adjusted price and reach out to you to complete your renewal online.
Should you have any questions regarding your renewal please contact the Americans staff. In addition, you will be able to renew your tickets at any remaining Americans home game or by stopping by our office during regular business hours. If you are interested in adding additional seats or moving seats for the 2019-20 you will need to contact your account rep or call the Americans Sales office.
