Conway rejoins the Americans after playing earlier in the season with the team in Greenville where he scored a goal.
Before the Basingstoke, England ever skated in the ECHL he attended Providence College where he spent three seasons and one season at Penn State University. While at College he played a total of 153 games totaling 101 points (50G, 51A). His best in the NCAA came at Penn State University where in 34 games he totaled 10 goals and 16 assists for 26 points.
The 6-foot-0 winger joins the Americans after spending last season with the Providence Bruins (AHL) and the Atlanta Gladiators (ECHL). While with the Gladiators he racked up 33 points (17G, 16A) in 39 games.
Conway made his return debut in an Americans’ sweater on March 17th.
FUN FACT: Scott Conway played for the Texas Tornado’s in 2012-1. He is also the first English born player to skate in an Americans’ sweater.
