Samuel Laberge is entering his first season with the Americans.
Prior to going pro in 2017-18 with the Texas Stars, the Chateauguay, QC native played four seasons in the QMJHL with the Rimouski Oceanic. In those four seasons, he racked up 120 points in 166 games played.
He has spent the majority of his pro career with the Texas Stars (AHL). Last season he played in the Ligue Nord-Americaine de Hockey league with the Sorel-Tracy Blackhawks. For the Blackhawks, he appeared in 33 games totaling 29 points (16A, 13A).
Before joining the Americans, he has only played a total of two games in the ECHL.
